Had an awesome group trip! We loved the cozy communal areas and the friendly staff. Enjoyed mountain climbing near the hotel and had fun playing table tennis. The location was great for catching ski buses and walking to shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately, the hot water took a bit too long to warm up after a long day. It was a minor issue but something to note after skiing all day.

Cozy, family-oriented atmosphere with stunning mountain views.
The lack of a mini-fridge in our room was quite frustrating. Additionally, hot water took ages to warm up, which caught us off guard after a long day. Breakfast was inconsistent. the first day it was well-stocked, but by the second day, it was lacking.

the view was nice, but honestly that was the only highlight. the check-in at 4pm felt quite rude, and don't expect help with your bags, just watch staff do nothing. i expected a warm welcome gift as a solo traveler, yet was treated like a mere afterthought.

The staff were cute, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me make the most of my stay. I asked a ton of questions about ski conditions , and they always had the answers, even recommending the best runs for the day.
It wasn't exactly a steal , but the experience was worth every penny.

We had a great stay in the Triple Room with Mountain View. The views were absolutely stunning and made waking up a delight each morning. The room was clean and had a cozy rustic chalet vibe, which really added to the whole experience! The proximity to skiing was awesome too, whether it was a short stroll to the bus or a quick shuffle to the button lift. Just wish there were more breakfast options available.
